PlumFresh Details and Payment Information

 Each week we send out a menu of the items planned for the bag (Menu Email).  For Wednesday bags, the email goes out by 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, and for Saturday bags, the email goes out by 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday.  You have 48 hours to let us know if you have changes to your bag or if you can’t get your bag that week.  Deadlines are 8 a.m. on Tuesday or 8 a.m. on Friday.

Bags are filled with our Organic products.  They occasionally include items from other farms that we trust.  Don’t worry — you’ll know if we are sourcing an item from another grower.  We are very transparent when we obtain items from other farms.

Customization

We subscribe to Farmigo, a software program that manages Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs like ours.  When you sign up for the season you create a personal account that you use to login to our online store.  That’s where you can swap out items or add on to the PlumFresh bag we create for you each week. Customization is optional.  Do nothing and you will receive the standard PlumFresh bag outlined in the Menu Email.

Want to customize?  Regular share bags are valued at $40 per week and Small share bags are $28.  Swap out something of equal value or you can add on extra items and pay online through credit card (or your account balance) when you check out.

Delivery and Pick-Up
  • Shares are delivered in insulated bags. Every member is assigned TWO bags with a personalized nametag.  Please return your empty bag when you pick up your full bag – that way we can keep the cycle going.  Please make sure that your empty bag is clean and does not have debris in it.
  • You may login to your account and cancel your bag for the week (“Delivery Hold”) by 8 a.m. the Tuesday before a Wednesday pickup/delivery or by 8 a.m. the Friday before a Saturday pickup. Your share will not be packed for that week and you will not be charged.  Going on vacation in August? You can put your bag on hold in advance.
  • Members MUST pick up their bag within the designated pick-up times for their location or forfeit their bag for the week. You will be charged if you do not pick up your bag.
  • Delivery customers MUST cancel their bag by the stated time.  If the bag is not cancelled, it will be delivered and you will be charged.

Sign up and Payment

  • We encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as possible as we sell out every year. Once we reach capacity, we will add you to our waitlist.
  • We accept cash, check (paper or direct bank payment), or credit cards to sign up. The subscription deposit is $125 ($25 set-up fee and $100 to be applied to your first few orders).  Subsequent boxes can be paid with cash, check or credit/debit card, or you can auto-pay by card weekly.  You can pay by the week or make periodic deposits to your account.

Refunds

  • We take pride in our products and believe strongly in customer service. We really want to know if you are missing an item in your bag or if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item.  Please contact us as soon as you discover an issue.  You can call us at 336-994-2517 or email us at farm@plumgrannyfarm.com and we will do our best to make it right.  At your option, we will replace the item, if it’s still available, or credit the value to your account.
  • The initial subscription deposit is not refundable.
  • If you have a credit balance in your account at the end of the season, we will give you the option of receiving a refund in that amount or applying it to next year’s PlumFresh subscription.
